We are a committed private day nursery approved and registered with Ofsted and aim to provide high standards of education and care for children aged 2-5years.

ILM Tots believes that children are active learners from birth and by providing them with the right environment, support and experiences; it helps set a foundation for young children to grow and develop into confident, responsible, knowledgeable, respectful and independent individuals. In order to make this possible, we have designed and structured our nursery environment to make it exciting and stimulating by planning a wide range of fun, educational and rewarding activities that aim to meet every child's individual personal, social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs.

our curriculum

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and incorporate it with Islamic teachings. The EYFS is made up of a Statutory Framework for the Early Years which sets the standards for learning, development and care for children from birth to five years. Our staff use the Practice Guidance to assess children's progress and provide the best learning experiences for them. We plan activities on a weekly basis which include circle time, story time, outings, arts and crafts, mathematical activities, writing, reading and physical games and activities. Within these activities we incorporate Islamic teachings such as daily Dua's/prayers, stories of the Prophets, manners and positive behavior, what is right and wrong and why, listening to the Holy Qur'an and Nasheeds etc.

• To be respectful, kind, tolerant and responsible individuals

our sessions

Morning session: 9am-12pm (includes snack)

Afternoon session: 1pm-4pm (includes snack)

Full Day session: 8am-6pm (includes breakfast, two snacks, lunch and a tea)

We also offer additional hours for morning and afternoon sessions if needed.
