Q) Do we need to stay with ILM for a certain period of time?

Answer: No you do not it depends on your child and how many sessions your child requires.

Q) How do I enrol my child?

Answer: We will email or send you a pack through the post or alternatively you can book an appointment and visit us so that we can go through the forms with you and your child.

Q) Will my child be assessed?

Answer: Yes, your child will have a short assessment when he/she attends the first session. After 8 weeks you will be sent a report which shows the progress of your child. Parents are also invited to come in every 4 weeks for a short time to discuss their child/children's progress and any recommendations which the tutors have made.

Q) What happens if my child can not attend a session?

Answer: If your child is unable to attend a session, you are required to give at least 24 hours notice by contacting the office and reporting an absence. If an absences are not reported then you will be charged for the session.

Q) Do you provide home tuition?

Answer: Yes, we provide home tuition online over Skype for students at £15.00 an hour.

Q) How do I enrol my child at the nursery?

Answer: We always advise parents to book an appointment and bring their child/children to visit the nursery. If you're happy, then you just need to fill out an enrolment form and pay the deposit to reserve your child a place at the nursery.

Q) Are there any discounts available at the nursery?

Answer: Yes, if your child is aged 3 or 4. he/she is entitled to 15 hours of discounted childcare. We also accept childcare vouchers for 2-5 year olds.

Q) What if I need to send my child to nursery for additional hours outside 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm?

Answer: Additional hours are available between 8am-9am, 12pm-1pm and 4pm-6pm at an additional charge. Each time slot includes a meal within the price, e.g. Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon tea.

Q) What will the children be given to eat and drink?

Answer: Breakfast, lunch, high tea and snacks, will be offered to the children and is included in the fees. We offer healthy meals and snacks to all the children and make sure that water is always available for them to drink.

Q) My child is not yet toilet trained, do I have to provide nappies?

Answer: Yes. It is the parents responsibility to bring in nappies and wipes for their child. We assist in toilet training within the nursery and offer support to parents who need it.

Q) What happens if I am delayed in collecting my child?

Answer: Sometimes parents are unavoidably delayed. Please let us know as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary concerns. Arrangements will be made to look after your child until you arrive. However, in the event that you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to make an additional charge to cover staff costs.
